As a Sales Executive at Nestify, you will be responsible for driving supply growth by working with our senior management to identify top-of-the-funnel lease opportunities, negotiate leases, manage deal closings, and asset manage the properties. You will also be responsible for building relationships with owners and developers and pitching Nestify to them. Responsibilities: – Directly report results to the Sales Manager.– Efficiently manage their pipeline to achieve monthly individual targets.– Diligently honour appointments booked by potential Landlords through the Nestify website.– Grasp the needs and expectations of potential Landlords, presenting Nestify as the optimal solution.– Manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls.– Create precise property estimates for potential Landlords.– Dispatch contracts promptly and professionally.– Engage in consistent follow-ups with potential Landlords, keeping Pipedrive updated.– Ensure seamless communication of crucial deal information with the operational team.
