About the Marketing Coordinator position

We seek a full-time marketing coordinator with B2B (preferably IT/SaaS) experience.

Currently, we require assistance with the following types of tasks:

  • Support the Marketing lead and his team in optimizing tools processes – automated workflow, reports & data import.
  • Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements.
  • Maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, access settings, sharing rules etc.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability.
  • Research and build multiple targeted contact lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Persona.
  • Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts by sales territory.
  • Identify substandard entries and work with users to rectify them, striving to improve the process continually.
  • Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs.
  • Drive and increase user adoption and ensure user satisfaction, including developing, documenting, and delivering training.
  • Research changes in upcoming releases of our integrated applications; provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity when necessary. Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Contribute technical expertise to business projects and create solutions to meet challenges (including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements).
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
  • Manage special marketing projects as assigned.
  • Be able to onboard the clients on the tech stack of Purple Sales’ choice.

Required Skills (Must Have):

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
  • Experience with HubSpot is highly recommended.
  • Understanding of sales processes and working within a sales environment
  • Ability to create an automated workflow to increase the team’s efficiency.
  • Having knowledge and experience in integrating and connecting the CRM (HubSpot) with other tools through API, Zapier or natively.
  • Have first experience (at least one year) in managing sales/email engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated data analytics ability to interpret results for establishing decisions.
  • HubSpot Sales Hub Certificate a plus
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certificate a plus
