About The Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager – Sales who is passionate about closing deals and genuinely understands client needs.
You’re a hardworking, young, hungry, and smart individual who’s ready to take initiative and make an impact by delivering sales services that boost our clients’ revenue and retention.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
🚀 Pipeline & Outreach Management:
• Build and nurture sales pipelines through effective cold outreach, tailored pitch presentations, and consistent follow-ups.
• Execute multi-channel outreach sequences, including cold emails—testing and refining copy variations using advanced tools and workflows.
• Independently source and scrape leads, efficiently structuring them for targeted outreach.
🤝 Client Relationship & Reporting:
• Negotiate and close deals, manage renewals, and maintain exceptional client communications.
• Provide detailed reporting and constructive internal feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Working hours are full-time on UK time, with occasional meetings scheduled for US timezones.
About You:
To excel in this role, you need:
✅ 2+ years of successful sales closing experience.
✅ A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and strong work ethic.
✅ Ability to develop effective solutions and campaign plans with clients.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
✅ Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data handling and analysis.
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience in media sales along with a strong foundation in marketing and advertising principles.
⭐ Familiarity with sales and data management platforms such as Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead.ai.
The ideal candidate is a genuine hard worker who takes the time to understand prospects’ goals and works collaboratively to find the best solutions with the client.

💰 $2k base salary with OTE of $4400 (uncapped) in commission*
🕒 Full-time & fully remote
🌴 27 days PTO (inclusive of local public holidays)*
