Full job description
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our clients team. This versatile role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle accounts receivable, client onboarding, administrative duties, and ensure seamless client communication.
- Remote: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST (5 PM to 3 AM SAST).
Requirements
- Manage accounts receivable, including welcoming new clients, explaining next steps, and collecting deposits for construction projects.
- Utilize a custom CRM system (prior CRM experience is a must).
- Act as a liaison between clients and the team, promptly reporting any issues and addressing client concerns.
- Upload necessary documents to city rebate portals accurately and on time.
- Perform structured daily administrative tasks and maintain an organized workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptionally organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to manage administrative-intensive tasks with precision.
