The Role

We’re looking for a social media specialist who can own the full content journey — from strategy and planning to creation and publishing — for some of the exciting brands in our agency’s stable.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and clients to bring brand stories to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Responsibilities
Content strategy : Develop platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand goals and trends.

Content creation : Design and edit content (using Canva, Opus Clips, etc.) that’s dynamic, engaging, and on-brand.

Content publishing : Manage scheduling and posting across platforms (via Meta Business Suite and other tools).

Community management : Monitor engagement and collaborate with internal teams to optimise growth and audience interaction.

Performance insights : Track content performance and suggest optimisations based on data.

Trend spotting : Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience managing brand social media accounts.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X).

Skilled in Canva, Opus Clips (or similar), Meta Business Suite, and other social editing/scheduling tools.

Solid portfolio showcasing previous work across content planning, design, video editing, and publishing.

A good sense of visual storytelling, copywriting, and brand tone of voice.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Based in or familiar with the Middle East and/or Africa market (preferred but not mandatory).
Bonus Points
Experience working with podcasts or creator-led brands.

Knowledge of paid social media advertising basics.

Light video editing or short-form video production skills.
