We are looking for a confident and results-driven salesperson who excels at converting inbound leads into confirmed bookings. You should be an excellent communicator, highly organized with follow-ups, and passionate about closing sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Understand each client’s needs and recommend the best yacht options.
- Build rapport and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
- Consistently follow up with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate when appropriate.
- Guide clients through the booking process and secure deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong closing record.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
- Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience selling luxury services, travel, hospitality, or high-ticket products is a strong advantage.
