Full job description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven salesperson who excels at converting inbound leads into confirmed bookings. You should be an excellent communicator, highly organized with follow-ups, and passionate about closing sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
  • Understand each client’s needs and recommend the best yacht options.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate when appropriate.
  • Guide clients through the booking process and secure deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C sales with a strong closing record.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience selling luxury services, travel, hospitality, or high-ticket products is a strong advantage.

Pay: From R50 000,00 per month
