Description
Our UK client is a leading subscription-based business in the food and beverage sector, dedicated to delivering joy and premium experiences to customers across the UK.
They are looking for flexible, part-time Customer Service Consultants to join their South African remote team!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment, is comfortable adjusting their schedule when needed, and loves delivering amazing service to customers.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries via email and live chat on our help desk software, answering questions and resolving problems
- Helping with some maintenance of social media channels
- Assisting with upcoming projects of providing a more proactive outbound customer service via phone and email
- Maintaining regular administrative tasks
- Assisting with outbound logistics
- Be available to support during weekends, public holidays, and on short notice if customer volume spikes unexpectedly
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skill
- High flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and business needs
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and occasionally respond to urgent needs
- A problem-solver with excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
