Senior Field Sales Representative
VSI Technologies | Remote | Full-Time | High Commission
About Us:
- VSI Technologies is a leading technology-driven consulting firm delivering cloud solutions, data analytics, digital transformation, and federal/government contracting services.
- We are expanding rapidly into Africa and seeking dynamic Business Development / Sales Agents.
Your Role:
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
- Target high-potential sectors: government agencies, banks, telecoms, NGOs, infrastructure organizations.
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline using cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events, and referrals.
- Present tailored solutions (cloud migration, ERP, cybersecurity, digital apps).
- Lead RFI/RFP response efforts with internal support.
- Manage CRM activities in Salesforce and report forecasts weekly.
- Represent VSI at key industry events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B/B2G field sales experience (technology, cloud services, government contracting preferred).
- Experience working with African public sector procurement is a strong plus.
- Fluent English; French, Arabic, or Portuguese a bonus.
- Salesforce CRM proficiency required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent negotiation skills.
