- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor client engagement and performance metrics, providing reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to proactively address client needs.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client services, account management, or related role.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Analytical skills to assess client satisfaction metrics and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
