Remote Outbound Telesales Executive

As an Outbound Telesales Executive, you’ll connect with small to medium-sized businesses, introducing them to cutting-edge telecoms and IT solutions. If you’re confident on the phone, tech-savvy, and motivated by results, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively make outbound calls to businesses to promote a suite of telecoms and IT solutions

• Qualify leads, book appointments, and support the sales team with high-quality prospects

• Manage a personal pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and tracking

• Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally to engage potential customers

• Maintain high call volumes while keeping energy and enthusiasm strong

• Collaborate with the team to align campaign goals and share insights

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound customer engagement

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a confident phone presence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

• Proven experience working successfully from home, maintaining productivity and communication in a remote setting

• Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools

• A high-driven passion to work and succeed, and the ability to perform well under pressure

• Experience in IT telecoms sales is an advantage

• Telesales is a must

Technical Requirements (must-have):

• Reliable power supply for load shedding, ensuring uninterrupted work during power outages

• A computer/laptop that meets the minimum requirements: CPU: i3, RAM: 8GB, HDD: SSD 250GB

• A stable fibre-optic internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps upload and download.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, remote position 10am – 6pm / 11am – 7pm

Salary:

• R15500 – R18500
