Job Summary: As a Telesales Representative, you will engage prospective customers via phone, build relationships, and close high-ticket sales to expand our client base. Your expertise in closing high-value deals will be critical in achieving revenue goals by promoting our product and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pitch products/services to leads and prospects.
- Identify customer needs, address objections, and present compelling solutions to close high-ticket sales.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs focused on new business acquisition.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and interactions in CRM software (e.g., GoHighLevel).
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
- Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and share insights.
- Develop, refine, and maintain sales scripts and contribute to AI-driven training scripts.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Sales Knowledgebase.
- Conduct client meetings via Zoom and other online platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a high-ticket sales closer in Telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high-ticket sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Go-High-Level experience preferred).
- Experience in sales script development and CRM workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI script development.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) and availability during U.S. business hours.

Technical Requirements:
- Desktop/laptop (no tablets) with Intel Core i5 processor or higher and 16GB RAM minimum.
- USB headset with built-in microphone.
- Stable fixed-line internet (minimum 20 Mbps) with Ethernet connection to modem/router.
- Backup power source (UPS or generator) for uninterrupted work.

- Must have proven experience as a high-ticket sales deal closer with a track record of success.
- Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and online platforms.
