Your Role: Business Growth & Social Media Manager (Commission-Based)

We’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and help us scale to the next level by:

• 🎯 Bringing in partners to be featured on our YouTube channel
• 📈 Driving marketing campaigns that grow our brand visibility
• 📱 Managing our social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok

💼 You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Energetic, persuasive, and confident with people
• Passionate about marketing, media, and the African mining sector
• Able to spot opportunities and close deals
• A natural on social media with a flair for content
• Independent and hungry to earn based on your performance

💰 Compensation:

This is a commission-based role. You earn 25% of every deal you close — no limits. The more you bring in, the more you make. Simple.
