About the Role:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Social Media Expert who lives and breathes internet culture and emerging trends. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of content creation and knows how to translate trending moments into growth strategies. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing creative content ideas for creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Threads, and Reddit — with a strong pulse on what’s new, what’s next, and what converts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and forecast up-and-coming social media trends, sounds, formats, and memes
• Collaborate with content creators to plan engaging, trend-driven content calendars
• Ideate and pitch fresh content concepts that align with each creator’s niche, voice, and goals
• Write scripts, outlines, and caption ideas for short-form video (e.g., TikTok & Reels)
• Analyze content performance and recommend optimizations based on platform insights
• Stay plugged into creator communities, digital culture, and emerging tools
• Advise on growth strategies for new platforms and engagement features
• Coordinate with design, editing, and scheduling teams to execute ideas efficiently
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or creator management
• Proven experience working with digital creators, influencers, or talent managers
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Reddit
• Ability to identify trends early and capitalize on them creatively and quickly
• Excellent copywriting skills with a strong sense of tone and platform-native language
• Familiar with tracking tools and analytics to evaluate performance and ROI
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creators/accounts
• Bonus: experience with platforms like OnlyFans, Patreon, or paid subscription communities
