Senior Digital Marketer – Remote (Work from Home | NZ-Based Company)

We’re a fast-growing modular construction company based in New Zealand, and we’re on the hunt for a senior digital marketer who knows how to turn clicks into leads and leads into deals.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads like a pro
• Managing SEO — not just checking boxes, but actually ranking and driving organic leads
• Replying to Facebook messages and helping turn warm leads into quotes/sales
• Coming up with creative campaign ideas to target architects, engineers, property developers, and housing groups across New Zealand
• Building landing pages on WordPress that convert (we’re not talking about fluff pages — we want results)
• Helping plan and create a YouTube channel showcasing how our panel system works and how it’s going to change the NZ housing market
• Working with our team to develop ad scripts, content ideas, and educational marketing that sets us apart from the dinosaurs
• Tracking results, tweaking campaigns, and making smart moves based on the data
• Staying on-brand, on-message, and laser-focused on growth

What You Need to Have:

• $100,000+ in proven ad spend under your belt (show us or skip it)
• Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and WordPress
• You’ve built full funnels — ad, landing page, email follow-up — and know what works
• Great written English — you’ll be replying to leads and occasionally writing copy
• Confidence to work independently, move fast, and make smart marketing decisions
• A creative brain: you can pitch new ways to reach key audiences, not just run the same old stuff
• Comfortable working during NZ business hours (remote role)
