About the Role
You’ll work closely with our SDR (Sales Development Representative) team and leadership to build and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine. Your role will include:
- Creating and improving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for outreach, tracking, and reporting
- Auditing current sales and operations workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Automating manual processes wherever possible using tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, or CRM automations
- Designing intuitive dashboards and performance trackers to improve visibility and decision-making
- Collaborating with SDRs and leadership to ensure tools are easy to use and support performance goals
- Documenting all systems clearly so they can be scaled across the team
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
- Proven ability to create SOPs and scalable operational systems
- A systems thinker who loves creating clarity out of chaos
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently and owning entire processes
Pay + Benefits
- R45,000 – R75,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Work hours: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. South Africa time
