Position Overview:

Are you passionate about digital marketing and sales? Do you have a knack for building relationships and closing deals? We’re looking for a talented Remote Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and a solid background in digital marketing. This role is crucial in driving our growth and helping clients harness the power of digital strategies to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Management: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously refine approaches based on market trends and client feedback.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and Growit MC’s service offerings. Effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback. Utilize data to refine strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, with a proven track record of success. Experience in digital marketing is highly desirable.
• CRM Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, tracking interactions, and reporting.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape. Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and approaches.
