This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to scale beyond just pressing buttons. We’re looking for someone with a mindset of a strategist, an optimizer, and a partner to both creatives and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own performance for 30–40 active Meta ad accounts in the group fitness niche (franchises, independent studios)
• Optimize daily for CPA/ROAS across campaigns. Test, learn, and refine at scale
• Analyze and act on data trends, using metrics to decide what to kill, scale, or test
• Collaborate with our creative team to provide specific feedback on what creatives work (and why) – you don’t make creatives or write copy, but you must influence them
• Coordinate with Client Success Managers to ensure clients provide fresh, relevant content that improves campaign performance
• Lead the charge on innovation, proactively testing new ad types, placements, audience approaches, or funnel strategies
• Join team huddles and planning calls. This is not a siloed role. You’ll be part of a performance-driven, cross-functional pod

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience running Facebook/Meta ads (hands-on, not theory)
• Proven ability to manage 30+ accounts or large ad spend across multiple clients, ideally in a single niche or vertical
• Strong grasp of paid social metrics. You live in the data: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Frequency, LTV
• A strategic mindset: you think beyond technical execution; you build frameworks and iterate at scale
• Comfortable working during US hours (8am–5pm EST or PST)
• Highly proactive — no babysitting, no side gigs. We need full-time focus and commitment
• Fitness/health niche experience a bonus but not required
• Fluent English and strong async communication. We’re a global team with a sharp pace
