About Willow Run Holdings
Willow Run Holdings is a U.S.-based investment and operating group that owns and scales businesses across construction, real estate, and home services.

We’re seeking a confident, results-driven sales leader to spearhead our growth across multiple portfolio companies. You’ll oversee outreach, lead generation, and relationship building for our U.S.-based brands, working directly with senior leadership to expand our client base.

What You’ll Do

• Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, and texts to prospective clients and partners.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for U.S. executives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with warm leads.
• Track performance and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
• Manage light posting and engagement on company social media channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional spoken and written English (neutral or North American accent preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• U.S. or international market experience strongly preferred.
• High confidence on the phone and ability to close or secure commitments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and persistent.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Zoom.
• Self-starter with a positive, ownership-driven attitude.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $1,500 USD/month (≈ R27,000 ZAR).
• Commission: 5% of net profit on new business originated (e.g. $10,000 profit = $500 commission).
• Quarterly performance bonuses.
• Schedule: Full-time, remote, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (3 p.m.–11 p.m. South Africa Time).

Performance Goals

• 100+ outbound touchpoints per week (calls, texts, emails, DMs).
• 15–20 qualified meetings booked weekly.
• 100% CRM accuracy within 24 hours.
• 3–5 social posts or engagements weekly.
