β’ **Prospecting ** β’ Researching potential clients (companies and decision-makers) using LinkedIn and/or other such tools. β’ Researching potential collaborative partners (accountants, lawyers, surveyors etc.) using LinkedIn and/or other such tools. β’ **Outbound Outreach ** β’ Reach out to prospects and potential collaborative partners through cold emails and social media to spark interest. β’ **Pipeline Building ** β’ Arrange for client to meet qualified leads, keeping the sales pipeline healthy. β’ **CRM Updates ** β’ Log activities, calls, notes, and prospect data into the CRM. β’ **Creating Business Development Assets ** β’ Creating new business development assets, such as compensation guides, market reports, interviews with industry leaders, βhow to guides,β post-conference writeups. β’ **Social Media Posts ** β’ Creating social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X etc.) β’ **Business Development Documentation ** β’ Preparing terms & conditions, and other business development documentation for use in the sales process. β’ **Industry Events ** β’ Arranging annual client events.
π― Requirements
β’ **Essential ** β’ A minimum of 3 to 5 yearsβ relevant experience researching potential customers (companies and decision-makers). β’ Prior experience creating and managing bulk outreach campaigns to prospects. β’ Strong CRM database management skills. β’ Prior experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. β’ Strong communication skills (written & spoken) in English. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel) and PDF. β’ Prior experience using LinkedIn and Instagram. β’ A natural curiosity for the research side (prospecting) of the job. β’ An international mindset. β’ A naturally organised person, demonstrating attention to detail & efficiency. β’ **Nice to Have ** β’ Prior experience, or interest in, financial services. β’ Prior experience, or interest in, marketing.
