We’re seeking a senior Account Executive (3+ years in BPO/outsourcing sales) who can own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—and act as a trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise prospects. You’ll tailor Anchora’s solutions to client outcomes, orchestrate internal stakeholders, and hand off cleanly to delivery for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline end-to-end: prospect, qualify, develop champions, run multithreaded deals, and negotiate commercial terms to close.
- Solution-sell Anchora’s portfolio: map prospect needs to services like team deployment, back-office programs, specialized staffing, process design, and performance reporting.
- Run crisp discovery that anchors on measurable outcomes, ROI, and risk mitigation; craft compelling proposals/SOWs with delivery leaders.
- Forecast with discipline: maintain accurate stages, amounts, and next steps; report weekly on pipeline health and gap-to-goal.
- Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with marketing on campaigns and with operations on scoping, staffing plans, and launch readiness aligned to Anchora’s phased approach.
- Represent Anchora externally: conferences, webinars, outbound sequences, and executive briefings; occasional travel as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ success in BPO/outsourcing sales (nearshore, offshore, or managed services) with consistent quota attainment.
- Demonstrated ability to run complex, consultative cycles (multi-stakeholder)
- Fluency in value/ROI storytelling and building business cases with data.
- Strong command of pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and a modern CRM.
- Executive presence, excellent communication, and partner-first ethos.
- Comfortable working remote on an ET schedule (Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm EST).
- Bonus: experience selling into healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, or operations teams; multi-language skills; nearshore/offshore familiarity with Colombia/Philippines a plus.
- Big bonus: Ability to travel to the USA (ESTA or VISA) to attend shows and other events.
