Job Role:
To generate leads and appointments on behalf of clients as directed by your Manager
Responsibilities:
- Reaching either 140 calls per 7 hour day or 1 hour 52 minutes of call duration per 7 hour day.
- Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with clients
- Managing and maintaining databases for individual campaigns, including updating notes and writing clear and thorough notes for appointments or leads.
- Attending meetings and training sessions with clients
- Attending meetings and training sessions with staff and managers
- Completing end of campaign reports as directed by managers.
- Abiding by rules as directed by the staff handbook
- Respecting the company equipment, eg. Computers, telephones etc.
- To behave appropriately during client visits.
