About the Role:
We are a UK-based company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Operative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and excellent organizational skills. As a remote worker, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for scheduling and managing appointments for our training days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
- Book, schedule, and confirm appointments for specific training days.
- Ensure accurate and efficient timetable management.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Maintain and update customer records and appointment details.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using computer software and online tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including every other weekend.
