*Experienced Call Centre Manager*

Opportunity to join a global company; seeking a dynamic character who is an expert at optimizing productivity within a diverse team of various cultures.
R1.4 million per annum
Spec:
- Oversee 50+ reservations agents
- Oversee operational activities of central reservations department
- Hire and train new employees as well as oversee the quality assurance of all employees
- Meet regularly with customers to ensure they are happy and expectations are being met
- Take the lead with onboarding all new customers in the central reservations department
Requirements:
- 5-10 years’ experience in hospitality call centre reservations
- Be ready and set to operate a fully functioning remote office using fiber connectivity
- Very PC literate and quick to learn on company CRM + various hotel reservation systems
- Proven management skills
- Able to work generally Mon-Fri 3pm to midnight (+few extra hours where needed)
