Remmogo Funeral Parlour is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Office Manager. The role involves managing a team of 20 or more field agents, working closely with executive management and the marketing team. The Remote Office Manager will play a crucial role in achieving targets and driving success in the funeral and insurance space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote team of 20 or more field agents, ensuring they achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with executive management and the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for recruitment and sales.
- Conduct regular training sessions for field agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive management.
- Work closely with agents to help them achieve their targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the funeral and insurance space.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating remote teams.
- Previous experience in the funeral and insurance space is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: R10,000 (Unlocked with office Target Achievement)
- Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives based on team and individual performance
