Lead Generator
We are looking for customer centric and driven individuals to join our growing and highly successful lead generation team. As a Lead Generator you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include making initial contact with customers and building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth within the Babble portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish viable opportunities for account growth and upselling within the Babble pillars by browsing existing customer profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your account portfolio.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Contacting prospective customers to initiate conversations to book account reviews and identify sales opportunities.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with the other Babbe pillars to provide custom solutions that align with client objectives promoting account growth and cross sell of Babble portfolio.
- Build and maintain pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Identify accounts at risk of churn early and work to minimise this risk and retain clients.

Skills Required
- Communication – Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for connecting with other members of the lead generation team, potential prospects, and the account management team. Able to discuss technical products and services to stakeholders at all levels.
- Research and Analysis – The ability to research companies and evaluate their potential as leads is crucial.
- Attention to Detail – accurate lead evaluation requires attention to detail. Be able to distinguish between genuine prospects and casual enquiries.
- Motivated – Self-motivated to work from home and results driven to work towards companies KPIs.
- Adaptability – The lead generation landscape evolves, and specialists need to adapt to changing strategies and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience – Previous customer service or telesales experience would be an advantage. Strong understanding of the communications industry. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
KPI’s:
- 60 Outbound calls per day
- 2hrs talk time
- 40 Sales Meetings booked/Attended per month
