We are seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. What You’ll Do:
- Build rapport with homeowners to create a strong foundation of trust and comfort, enabling you to navigate complex decisions with ease.
- Ask smart, respectful questions to uncover key insights that will allow you to offer tailored solutions that meet the client’s needs.
- Close in one call by effectively communicating the value of our real estate services, handling objections with grace, and following a milestone-centric sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring the process is smooth, transparent, and efficient.
- Work with homeowners during nights and weekends, when they are available, to facilitate meetings and drive results.
- Overcome objections confidently, solving problems with ease while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas (experience in landscape sales, remodeling, windows, doors, timeshares, real estate, or other in-home services a plus but not required).
- A natural closer with a strong ability to influence decisions through conversation, trust-building, and a deep understanding of client needs.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to ask tough questions and gather critical information without being intrusive.
- Motivation and drive to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals, with a proven history of success in a commission-based role.
- A problem-solver with the ability to quickly adapt, think on your feet, and find creative solutions for complex situations.
- Charisma and elegance under pressure, making big decisions easy for clients without feeling pushy or aggressive.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and when homeowners are available

Pay: R115,00 – R165,00 per hour
