We are looking for a skilled WordPress Website Administrator to manage and maintain our WordPress sites. This role involves ensuring website performance, implementing updates, and enhancing user experience. Additionally, you will assist with SEO tasks to improve search engine rankings and support account management by addressing client needs and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, and core files.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
- Optimise website performance and load times.
- Conduct on-page SEO tasks, including keyword optimisation, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Create and maintain website documentation and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with popular plugins (e.g., Yoast, Elementor) and themes.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with account management or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
