**About Mi PA**
Mi PA is a leading UK-based virtual personal assistant and call answering service. Our Mi Call team ensures our clients never miss an important call, delivering seamless customer support. We’re looking for a Virtual Receptionists to join our dynamic team, supporting our clients with content creation, social media management, and general administrative tasks.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ callers and a trusted part of our Mi Call team. Tasks include:
- Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls from various clients with professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanour.
- Message Management: Log and document call messages accurately and promptly, ensuring attention to detail and clarity.
- Customer Service Queries: Manage customer service queries, following processes and resolving issues where possible.
- Wow Customer Experience: Go the extra mile to exceed client expectations with every interaction.
- Process Adherence: Follow established processes for escalations and information handling.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent spoken English
- Excellent written English
- Great phone manner and customer service
- Detail-oriented – you double-check your work, especially if its sensitive information
- Flexible to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, scheduled within UK working hours (7am–9pm)
- Open to weekend shifts as part of a flexible working schedule.
- Reliable, high-speed internet is a must!
- Candidates should have access to a computer with Microsoft Windows installed!
