About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our Billing Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, confirming appointments, handling follow-ups, and delivering a professional and friendly customer experience.
You’ll also assist in tracking responses, updating call records, and ensuring that all client-facing communication is timely and effective. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on talking to people, communicates clearly, is very organised, and enjoys working in a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and team members
- Follow up with clients via email, phone, or SMS regarding scheduling or billing queries
- Maintain and organize internal spreadsheets, trackers, and project docs
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with all clients
- Support the daily operations of the team
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (must be C2 fluent)
- Very comfortable making outbound calls to US-based clients
- Highly reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Pay & Work Schedule
Pay: R30,000/month
Hours: 4pm – 12am South Africa time (Mondays – Fridays)
Location: Fully remote – work from home
