We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Virtual Assistant to support our executives and operations. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Job Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing daily administrative, financial, and operational tasks. You will be responsible for email and calendar management for two executives, bookkeeping, financial reporting, office management, and bill payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & Office Management

  • Manage and coordinate calendars for two executives, ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to emails as needed.
  • Organize virtual meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidential documents and information with discretion.

2. Bookkeeping & Financial Administration

  • Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
  • Generate and analyze financial statements for business insights.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner.

3. Business Administration & Office Operations

  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Maintain organized digital files and company records.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking business workflows.
  • Assist with ongoing bill payments

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R11 000,00 – R18 500,00 per month
