Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to efficiently convert interested prospects into new patients for SOUP clients through consultative phone sales outreach.
NOTE: This position is full-time and remote. Our team is located all over the country.
What you’ll be doing…
Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new patient appointments for SOUP clients through incoming calls and following up with leads who have placed inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and immediately following up with leads to get them scheduled for your 4-6 assigned salons.
DISQUALIFIERS: Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:
- Have less than 1 year of phone sales experience
- Have been in sales for a long time and are looking for a job where you can “coast to the finish line”
- Don’t have the drive and ability to self-motivate
- Have no interest in being competitive and winning
- Don’t care about making a huge impact on other people’s lives

Qualifications:
At SOUP, we value work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and your past sales results more than your degree (or lack thereof), grades, etc.
Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for.

Required:
- At least 1 year of high performance as a sales rep
- CRM & sales process experience
Preferred:
- 2 years of phone sales experience
- Experience with low-ticket, high-volume sales
The Pay
Base Pay: Starting Full-time salary ($450 – $900/month) (based on client load)
Commissions: $600 – $850 per month (based on performance)
If you’re Average: $12,600 /year
If you’re Very Good: $21,000+ /year
All amounts above include your base salary and represent compensation based on your ability to sell.
