This is a key support role within our fast-moving, digital-first team. As a Technical Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing essential technical and administrative workflows.

Your day-to-day will involve handling a mix of live support interactions, account and content management, and recurring operational tasks that help keep our systems efficient and up-to-date. Whether it’s publishing new articles, assisting users in real time, or managing key platform accounts, your work will directly contribute to the success and scalability of the team.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in remote environments and takes ownership of their responsibilities. If you’re resourceful, organized, and tech-comfortable, this role offers both autonomy and growth opportunities.

🧩 What You’ll Own

As a Technical Virtual Assistant, you’ll take part of a range of operational and technical processes that keep our systems running smoothly.

• Manage live support channels and handle first-response interactions with users (mainly)
• Create and maintain accounts across key platforms (e.g. Google, Microsoft, etc.)
• Publish and format content on different platforms:
• Article on Webflow
• AI-generated content on Medium
• and other relevant platforms as needed
• Draft or improve SOPs when processes evolve
• Execute repetitive technical tasks that don’t require high-level decision-making

✅ What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Operations, or Technical Support role
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple workflows efficiently
• Comfortable working across various tools and platforms
• Clear written communication and ability to document or follow procedures precisely
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to stay productive in a remote, async environment
• Must be available to work within Europe or Asia time zones

• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth remote environment
• Familiarity with publishing workflows in tools like Webflow, Notion, or Medium
• Comfortable using AI tools to draft, format, or repurpose content
• Prior experience supporting technical teams or handling customer-facing live support
