Role Overview

We’re seeking a Technical Sales Partner to help us expand our customer base across EMEA, NOAM, and beyond. This role is perfect for a motivated, tech-savvy sales professional who understands IT and thrives on results. You’ll be working independently on a B2B contract, earning attractive commission-based compensation for every customer you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new B2B clients interested in IT services

Present Papisa’s solutions with technical understanding and clarity

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals

Represent Papisa in technical discussions with potential clients

Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure service alignment

Report on lead progress and pipeline development

Ideal Profile

3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales

Technical understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud migration, and infrastructure services

Able to confidently speak with IT managers, CIOs, and technical stakeholders

Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus

Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for results

An existing client network is a big advantage
