The Role

We are seeking disciplined, perceptive, and culturally fluent Talent Scouts to operate as the front line of Divina’s discovery engine.

As a Talent Scout, your responsibility is to identify, assess, and initiate conversations with high-potential Gen Z women—often before anyone else has recognized their upside.

You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and initiating first contact with potential talent who align with Divina’s standards, values, and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout high-potential female talent across digital platforms and real-world environments
• Identify potential, not popularity
• Initiate first contact with confidence, warmth, and authority
• Qualify talent quickly using Divina’s criteria
• Capture clean data, images, and notes for submission
• Submit qualified talent to Divina leadership for escalation
• Represent Divina’s standards, selectivity, and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong cultural awareness and intuition for emerging trends
• Excellent written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and discretion
• Ability to assess people quickly and accurately
• Self-directed, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
• Prior experience in talent scouting, influencer marketing, casting, community building, or media is a plus—but not required

What This Is Not

• Not a traditional HR or recruiting role
• Not a mass-outreach or spam-based position
• Not a short-term influencer deal-making job
