Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial execution-focused role in supporting the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of audits. This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Thrives in structured, detail-oriented operational work

  • Enjoys keeping complex processes running smoothly

  • Values accuracy, reliability, and timely execution

You will help manage the operational workflow from client onboarding → audit scheduling → audit completion, ensuring there are no delays, mistakes, or confusion.

This is not a strategy role; it is a hands-on operations role critical to audit delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Audit Administration

  • Follow up on outstanding contracts and required documentation

  • Maintain client files and internal records

  • Manage audit plan follow-ups and pre-audit check-ins

  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring tasks

Auditor Coordination

  • Prepare briefing packs for auditors

  • Coordinate auditor communication and schedules

  • Ensure auditors receive all materials before audits

  • Track audit deliverables and reporting timelines

Internal Systems & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain internal documentation in Notion or similar tools

  • Keep shared folders, records, and operational trackers organized

  • Ensure operational systems and workflows are accurate and up-to-date.

Operations Support

  • Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding

  • Support internal processes and documentation tasks

  • Perform operational tasks as assigned by the operations manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to follow structured processes and systems

  • Clear written communication skills

  • Fast, reliable execution with high accuracy

  • Familiarity with Notion or similar documentation and operational tools
