Our award-winning fundraising intelligence solution enables organizations across North America to identify donors, increase grant revenue, and ultimately strengthen their long-term community impact.

We are hiring experienced SaaS sales professionals to join our Elite REP Team and help accelerate growth across this expanding sector.

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is intentionally designed for established B2B SaaS salespeople who know how to lead complex conversations, convert qualified opportunities, and consistently close.

We are interested in speaking with you if you have:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, consistently exceeding quota
  • A track record of converting discovery calls and demos into subscription revenue
  • Experience selling to senior decision makers: Executive Directors, Boards, C-Suite
  • Strong consultative selling ability: uncovering need, framing ROI, negotiating terms
  • Proven confidence managing a structured sales pipeline in a fast-moving environment
  • Maturity, discipline, professional presence, and excellent communication skills

Preferred experience:

  • Selling into non-profit, education, government, or mission-driven environments
  • Personal interest in community or non-profit development

This role is aimed at seasoned professionals. We are not considering entry-level, part-time, internship, or junior sales applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across North American non-profits, including:

  • Leading structured discovery calls and demo conversations
  • Delivering tailored, consultative online presentations
  • Managing multiple stakeholder relationships and buying committees
  • Closing subscription revenue efficiently and consistently
  • Maintaining an accurate, disciplined CRM pipeline
  • Prospecting strategically into high-value accounts as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 – R30 000,00 per month
