The CloudArmy Reactor platform is leveraged by researchers worldwide to create studies that measure motivational and instinctive consumer reactions to marketing content and beyond. Reactor combines Implicit Association, Fast Explicit, Findability, Eye Tracking, and traditional Survey methodologies in one solution to drive deeper understanding of consumer behavior for our clients.
What you’ll do:
Cloud Army is searching for a Sales Support Specialist working closely with senior sales executives in creating comprehensive proposals for prospective CloudArmy clients that outline the objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes of the neuromarketing study. This role typically involves a combination of marketing and market research knowledge, great organisational skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. This position requires you to work from home and have reliable internet access.
Responsibilities:
Research Proposal Development
- Support the Sr. Sales Executives in the day-to-day sales activities
- Take part in client briefing calls to understand their requirements to create accurate, comprehensive and impactful proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with CloudArmy’s client service and operations teams to ensure the feasibility of the proposed research approach.
Writing and Documentation
- Ensure proposals are well-structured, free from errors, and follow formatting guidelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the proposal development process.
- Draft impactful client engagement documents based on the wealth of data and information that CloudArmy has available.
- Summarise research into concise case studies and overview presentations.
Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, marketers, and clients, to refine proposals.
- Communicate complex neuromarketing concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
Stay Up to Date
- Stay current with developments in neuromarketing research, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- College degree and/or relative experience in neuro-marketing (psychology major a plus).
- Previous experience in quantitative market research is highly beneficial.
- Positive and professional attitude towards clients and coworkers, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule (when needed) and able to meet demanding timelines.
- Eager and able to learn new technology quickly and proactively solve problems.
- Able to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Accountable and maintains confidentiality.
- Familiar with Windows or MacOS day to day usage.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Slides and Sheets.
- Seeks out opportunities for continuous self improvement.
- Excellent at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documenting.
