What You’ll Actually Do:

• Call warm leads (no cold calling) — talk to sellers, build rapport, close deals
• Uncover seller pain points and offer real solutions
• Lock up contracts using our proven systems
• Manage follow-ups and pipelines through our CRM
• Learn real estate language: ARV, comps, repairs, etc.
• Hustle hard. Bring in new business. Win.

You Bring:

• Minimum 1+ year of high-level sales experience (this is non-negotiable)
• Wholesaling or REI experience? HUGE plus but not required.
• Discipline, drive, and a killer instinct
• Excellent communication skills — on the phone, over email, everywhere
• A love for personal growth, team wins, and creating your own success story
• A desire to make a lot of money doing something you’re proud of
• Speak very good english

Compensation:

• Base + uncapped commissions (We want you making good money — and fast)
• Remote position (Work from anywhere — just don’t suck)

Location: Remote – but you must work U.S. hours and have strong internet + a quiet place to crush calls.
