Description
Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for the management of sales, marketing and relationships with relevant Surgeons, Nurses, Pharmacy Manager, PNP’s, GP’s, Wholesalers and all relevant shareholders in the territory.
Key Performance Areas
Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture trust relationships with all relevant stakeholders in territory.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers on a timely manner.
- Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Development of Opportunities
- Continuous market analysis to identify trends, changes and new opportunities.
- Generate new sales opportunities that will turn into long-term relationships.
Sales & Marketing
- Proper planning required to understand objectives and desired outcomes from each sales call.
- Achievement of sales targets wet out and agreed upon.
- Advertising, promotion and training in support of key customer needs and requirements.
- Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
Administration & Co-ordination
- Submit all required documentation timeously – utility reports, sales forecasts, pump recon, quotations, presentations, patient/ client documentation including motivation forms, letters of motivation from prescribing doctor, patient details and consent form.
- All Genadyne units in respective territory must be personally managed and recorded to ensure the company assets are not lost, damaged or under-utilized.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Matric with a minimum of 3 years’ experience within medical devices industry.
