About the job

As an Internal Sales Representative at Capital Equipment Parts (CapiParts), you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction for our Portuguese speaking customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Generate quotes, manage buyouts, process, and track orders until invoicing, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Fulfilment Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of sales and fulfilment of customer requirements.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to company profitability.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a comprehensive purchase of all product ranges.
  • Negotiation: Engage in negotiations to close deals, focusing on open quote follow-ups.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and maintain or increase target margin percentages, especially for quality product ranges.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with CapiParts products and services.
  • Customer Information Management: Regularly update customer information in the CapiParts system.
  • Social Media Presence: Maintain an active presence on business social media platforms to engage with customers.
  • Marketing: Promote all CapiParts products and brands to both new and existing customers.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement CapiParts sales strategies and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and qualify new customer opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales, develop strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Lead Management: Maintain records of all sales leads and feedback using the CapiParts reporting system.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and suggest products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Administrative Duties: Monitor and update PEX lists, organograms, fleet lists, and customer birthdays.
  • Strategic Planning: Engage in strategic sales planning, including quote management and maintaining an active and vetted customer list.
