We are an international remote team managing digital platforms with a focus on community building, customer retention, and digital sales. To strengthen our team, we are currently hiring for the role of Chat & Sales Representative.

Your responsibilities:

• Communicate with new and existing customers through written messages on digital platforms
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Provide customer support with a sales-oriented mindset, including upselling where appropriate
• Work independently while following established processes and guidelines

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability (part-time or full-time possible)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or social media is an advantage but not required
