We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our company’s dynamic sales team in the role of Sales Consultant.

Linked VA is a Virtual Assistant agency based in Australia that helps provide business owners with skilled offshore staff from the Philippines.

The key logistics you need to know about this role:

  • Work from home (completely online)
  • Full time
  • Early Morning shift (10pm – 6am)

We only want to work with people with high integrity that we can rely on to show up to work on time and ready to put their best foot forward every day. If you do not have a work-from-home set up or have other responsibilities or distractions during work time – this is not the role for you. This role will also require you to have monitoring software placed on your computer to protect our clients information.

Your success in the role will be measured with:

  • Your closing ratio (how many people you are able to sign up off the back of sales calls (close at least one a week – but aiming for 5)
  • How many new prospects you are able to book into your (or other sales peoples) calendar.
  • How well you are able to follow our process, take feedback, and go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries on LinkedIn to book calls
  • Manage Referral partnerships
  • Host Zoom Sales calls (roughly 40-80 a month)
  • 200 dials a week cold-calling to book in sales calls
  • Review recorded calls to improve your abilities
  • Attend team meetings/roleplays/1:1’s etc and participate
  • Follow all process for sales including pre and post sales administration
  • Complete all reporting
  • Sign in and out of screenshot monitoring software while ‘at’ work.
  • Observe for issues and opportunities within market and sales process and make recommendations
  • Apply the LVA values

Salary Offer

Financial Structure

Trial Period (3 months)

Base Salary: $1500.00 AUD

Commissions: After 6 full value sales for the month have been achieved, you will receive $50 per part time sale and $100 for a full time sale for every sale after this

Take note that the commission structure is subject to change.

After three months, there will be an evaluation meeting, and if the probationary period has been successful, the remuneration will be amended to the following:

Base Salary: $2000.00 AUD

Commissions: After 6 full value sales for the month have been achieved, you will receive $50 per part time sale and $100 for a full time sale for every sale after this
