Responsibilities

Sales Recruitment:

Technical Setup of Sales Systems:

• Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and managing sales systems, including CRM, Calendly, and Zapier.
• Utilize experience with these tools in a sales environment to optimize workflow and enhance team efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for sales technology and recommend improvements to enhance the overall sales process.

Team Management:

• Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and assess individual and team performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with a focus on recruitment and technical setup of sales systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing CRM, Calendly, and Zapier in a sales environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with sales processes and strategies to optimize team performance.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R16 000,00 – R32 000,00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
