Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager (B2B) to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing a team of sales representatives. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets and expand our B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and target potential business clients in need of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, industry events, and inbound marketing channels.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
- Conduct sales presentations, pitch tailored digital marketing solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by collaborating with account managers and service teams.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives.
- Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales metrics, including pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
