We’re working with a UK-based recruitment agency that connects top South African talent with UK companies. As part of their mission to scale, they’re now hiring entry-level Sales Executives to join their remote team and help generate new business opportunities.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career, with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the hunger to learn and succeed in sales.

Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a vital part in introducing our client’s services to UK companies and helping uncover new business opportunities.
You’ll:
- Research and identify target companies in the UK
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our remote staffing services
- Book discovery calls for our senior sales team
- Help build relationships by being the first point of contact for potential clients
- Track your outreach activity and stay on top of your pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not focused on degrees or long experience. We’re looking for people who are:
- Confident communicators (verbal and written)
- Friendly, engaging, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales techniques
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your time independently
- Based in South Africa with the ability to work UK business hours
Cold calling or sales experience is a strong advantage — but if you’ve got the personality, we’ll teach you the rest.
If you’re competent in Cold Calling, we can train the rest!
