Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic startup team. You’ll be working with a small team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be fully responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals for our high-ticket AI solutions—handling the entire client acquisition process from lead generation to deal closure. Blue Crane will cover the technical side, including the creation and delivery of AI agents and workflows. This is a performance-driven position with a modest base salary and unlimited commission potential—perfect for high-achievers who thrive in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads for small and medium-sized businesses in need of AI-driven operational improvements.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media, and networking to qualify potential clients.
- Present Blue Crane’s AI solutions, demonstrating how our agents and workflows can streamline business processes, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their pain points and tailoring pitches to their specific needs.
- Close sales deals efficiently, negotiating terms and ensuring smooth handoffs to the CEO for solution development.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools (provided).
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B, tech, SaaS, or consulting services (1-3 years minimum), with a track record of closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and doing so independently.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, or business operations; ability to articulate technical benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in sales tools like CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- It’s beneficial if you have networks of businesses abroad or can reach such, as they come with additional bonuses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required—performance matters most!
- Must be authorized to work in your country of residence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: R180,000 – R300,000 annually (depending on experience), providing a stable foundation.
- Commission Structure: Uncapped commissions—earn 10-15% on closed deals, with potential for bonuses on high-volume performance. Top performers can exceed R1,640,000+ in total earnings in their first year.
