Role Overview
We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales and revenue growth for a fast-scaling B2B company.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end outbound prospecting campaigns, identifying decision-makers, conducting targeted outreach, and booking qualified sales meetings for senior sales representatives.
You will have access to premium lead intelligence tools, advanced outreach platforms, and structured sales processes designed to help you succeed in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, emails, and professional networking platforms

Identify and engage decision-makers and key stakeholders

Research companies and prospects to create personalized outreach strategies
Appointment Setting

Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales executives

Ensure all prospects meet key qualification criteria such as budget, authority, and business need
Sales Pipeline Management

Manage prospect interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM systems

Track outreach performance and continuously optimize prospecting strategies
Collaboration with Sales Teams

Work closely with Account Executives and senior sales leaders

Provide clear handoffs and context for qualified leads entering the sales pipeline
What Success Looks Like
Successful SDRs in this role will:

Consistently book 15 or more qualified sales appointments per month

Engage with prospects who have real buying authority and budget

Contribute to the company’s revenue growth strategy

Build strong relationships with prospects and internal sales teams

Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Excellent spoken and written English

Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles

Proven success making cold calls and scheduling sales appointments

Comfortable communicating with business owners, executives, and senior stakeholders

Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
