Sales Development Representative (Remote – South Africa Only)
OmniaTeam is a UK-based SaaS company helping businesses unify their knowledge, teams, and tools into a single, AI-ready workspace. We’re on a mission to simplify operations and empower teams to work smarter – and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow.
🕐 This is a part-time (15–20 hours/week), remote-only role open to candidates based in South Africa.
You’ll be responsible for engaging decision-makers on LinkedIn and email, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for senior management. Ideal for someone who’s proactive, sharp, and wants to grow with a company at the intersection of SaaS and AI.
Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with target prospects via LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools
· Develop a strong understanding of the OmniaTeam platform and value proposition
· Qualify interest and fit, and book discovery meetings
· Maintain outreach activity in CRM tools and track lead status
· Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and targeting strategy
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and/or outreach tools
· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
· Currently based in South Africa (required)

Compensation
💰 R20,000/month full-time equivalent (FTE)
