YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for driven individuals with extensive SDR experience with B2B leads.
It’s a target-driven role focused on hitting and exceeding targets for lead generation and sales activities, with the primary responsibility being to actively pursue inbound leads, book meetings for the Closers, maintain clear records of these activities in the CRM system, as well as calling and engaging with prospective leads to qualify and ensure attendance.
You’ll join a team structure with defined and achievable growth avenues for new starters. You will be supported and challenged to develop your ability to step into a more senior role as more sales professionals join.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES = ACHIEVE HIGH CALL BOOKED RATE AND SHOW RATE
- Call inbound leads on phone, qualify them and book appointments
- Respond to email communication from outbound channels to book appointments
- Pre-Call Leads before the set appointment to confirm attendance
- Chase no-shows and rescheduling
- Managing and updating CRM and spreadsheets
- Managing and updating calendars
- Maintain clarity in communication when reporting on KPIs and passing over appointments
- Follow sales process
- Internal communication with the Sales team
- Engage in other outbound Lead Generation tasks as and when required such as sending videos and voice notes to prospects
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of cold calling or sending videos, setting appointments and achieving a high booked call success rate
- KPI’s achievement within B2B environment and hungry to earn money
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Appointment Setting, and Out-Bound Lead Conversion
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No strong foreign accent and clear articulation
- Positive and Can-Do attitude
- Tech-savvy – the ability to work with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Notion, Calendly, Instantly, Sales Navigator
- Flexible and adaptable – ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving business model
- Adaptable to multiple offers and constantly changing marketing landscape
COMPENSATION
Pay:
- On Target Earnings: R35,000 – R75,000 ZAR/month
- Fixed base + generous commission (negotiable based on experience)
- Generous monthly commission on KPIs achieved and deals closed
