Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on cold calling, cold emailing, and managing client outreach to generate high-quality leads for recruitment agencies. You will play an essential role in helping our clients connect with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients within the recruitment sector.
- Use LinkedIn and email to drive lead generation and secure meetings.
- Build and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies and potential clients.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to track leads and prospects.
- Qualify leads and set meetings with decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is a bonus
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a CRM.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in generating client meetings for a recruitment agency
